Sn5568 Early Victorian solid mahogany, two part military chest of drawers with a secretaire section, having well figured top above drop front secretaire drawer fitted with original drawer stopper, pigeon holes, small bird’s eye maple drawers and black tooled leather writing section, all above three graduated oak lined drawers, all fitted with original handles and brass bounds to corners, all raised on original turned feet. This antique military chest retains its original finish which has been cleaned, revived and waxed, original patina and good gradation of colours, all in home ready condition. c1850
